This was the winning poster designed for an event regarding Patrick Radden Keefe’s book titled “Empire of Pain” held at Monmouth University.
the brief
To create a 25” x 38” poster that represented the opioid problem he talks about in his book, as well as including his image, his biography blurb, and other necessary information.
solution
Develop a color scheme similar to his book and design a poster with images that focus on himself and the opioid crisis.

To create a poster that represents the theme of "Unlocking Your Dreams" while including a QR code, zoom link, pictures with info of each speaker, and other necessary info.

Illustrate a space like background portraying a broken lightbulb to represent the unlocked big dreams one has.

Create a night sky background to represent the moonlight walk event and create a easy to follow itinerary on the right side while the genral info is on the left.
